Wagstaffs was founded in 1948 by Ralph Wagstaff.
Wagstaffs is an independent practice which has a reputation for observing the highest technical, ethical and professional standards, whilst dedicated to its clients' best interests.
Wagstaffs base has always been Stevenage, but its clients are local, home counties, London and nationwide.
Together with its associated financial services company, it is the largest and best resourced practice in the area.
Wags LLP t/a Wagstaffs is registered to carry on audit work and regulated for a range of investment business activities in the UK by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Our professional indemnity insurer is QEB Insurance (Europe) Limited, Plantation House 30 Fenchurch Street London EC2. The territorial coverage is worldwide excluding professional business carried out from an office in the United States of America or Canada and excludes any action for a claim brought in any court in the United States or Canada
