Andrew Dagless Andrew Dagless

Andrew has extensive personal and corporate tax experience. He advises high net worth individuals (including Sunday Times Rich List), landed estates, family and charitable trusts and a portfolio of family and owner managed businesses. Andrew manages the firm’s tax department, he provides tax consultancy to both solicitors and fellow accountants and is a contributor to a joint working group of accountants and Inland Revenue. He also advises commercial businesses in their tax, accounting and strategy needs.
Nilesh Savjani Nilesh Savjani

Nilesh joined the practice in 1996 after training in a medium sized practice in London, two years with in insolvency practice and as a manager with PWC . He leads the audit practice and advises many commercial and ‘not for profit’ clients on IT systems, corporate finance and corporate recovery as well as holistic advice to owner managers, including tax planning. Nilesh has been awarded the Corporate Finance qualification (CF) and he has particular expertise in the publishing, print and IT industries.

Mark has a portfolio of entrepreneurial businesses dealing with audit, accounts and tax compliance, with a particular emphasis on growing business. Mark has extensive experience in setting up and reporting on UK entities for overseas corporations. Mark has extensive experience in preparing business plans, forecasts, grant applications and business funding generally.
John Simmonds John Simmonds (Senior Consultant)

Apart from periods in industry and with an international audit firm, John’s career has been with Wagstaffs, previously as senior partner. John has extensive corporate finance experience, dealing with business acquisitions and sales, raising funds, valuations, restructuring and strategic management. John also has public sector experience following nine years as an NHS Trust Non-executive director and five years as a Governor of a Further Education College.
